HEIG-VD is offering a position for Ra&D HES in Software Engineering at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). You will be responsible, within the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies (IICT), for the following tasks: MAIN MISSIONS- Participate in one or more stages of Ra&D projects at the institute- Participate in the promotion of research and development projects as part of management and any other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the department and the research entityDESIRED PROFILE- Degree from a higher education institution or equivalent qualification- Interest in the field of streaming and P2P- Good knowledge of VoIP architectures using websockets and WebRTC- Proficiency in the following programs: Flutter, Dart, Google Cloud, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, fuchsia-auth- Knowledge of real-time audio codecs is a plus- Desired DevOps experience for a structured work capacity and good analytical skills- Proficiency in English, in addition to French- Activity rate: 100%- Start date: May 1 or to be agreed- Duration of engagement: 12 months- Further information: Pierre, Associate HES Professor, Tel: - Complete application: via Jobup only- Deadline: March 29The Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud offers bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering and business administration, as well as postgraduate programs.
