We are seeking organized and diligent individuals to efficiently gather items for customer orders. In this role, you will navigate our warehouse using pick lists or RF scanners, precisely locate and retrieve specified products, and prepare them for the next stage of the logistics process. Accuracy and speed are paramount to meeting customer expectations and maintaining operational efficiency. Safety is a non-negotiable aspect of our work; all team members are required to adhere to rigorous safety standards, utilize provided PPE, and employ correct lifting techniques to prevent injuries. This physically demanding position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Ensure the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies.
- Meet established productivity targets for order picking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the logistics chain.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
