Join our team as an Order Picker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! We are seeking dedicated individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner or pick list, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, impacting customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to a team dedicated to fulfilling orders accurately and safely. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a critical warehouse function.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Assist with replenishing inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as required.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
- This position requires significant time spent standing, walking, and involves frequent Lifting.
- Understanding of Logistics flow within the warehouse is beneficial.
- Prioritize Safety in all tasks performed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to use RF scanners and navigate warehouse layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must adhere to all Safety protocols and wear provided PPE.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
