In this role, you will perform a range of essential tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory throughout the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, ensuring it is in good condition.
- This role involves considerable Lifting and physical activity.
- Understanding of Logistics principles and practices is important.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety awareness is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to strictly follow all Safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Familiarity with Logistics systems and processes is a plus.
