We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Raleigh, North Carolina location! This role is central to our e-commerce logistics, focusing on accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or using scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
