Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
- Pick orders using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and awareness of hazards.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
