We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that orders are processed with speed and precision. Your daily responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory counts. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety, is paramount. We provide comprehensive training and expect all associates to wear appropriate PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
- Wear required PPE during all operational hours.
