We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring the correct products are selected and prepared for shipment. Your role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer demands. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of our logistics department. We value individuals who are reliable, proactive, and committed to achieving performance targets.Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locating and retrieving products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verifying picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Packing picked items securely for shipment.
- Transporting picked and packed orders to the shipping area.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged products or discrepancies in inventory.
- This role requires significant Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Understanding warehouse layout and product locations.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment within the logistics operations.
