Our growing warehouse in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a proactive and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated team. This role is fundamental to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, supporting our efficient logistics operations. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts, reconciling stock records, and investigating any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing stock data. You will work closely with warehouse associates to ensure correct product identification, placement, and movement within the facility. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While the role is primarily focused on record-keeping, some physical activity may be involved, including the occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds. Maintaining a secure and orderly work environment is crucial, and adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Experience with inventory software or WMS systems is a significant advantage. If you are a reliable individual with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities include tracking inventory movements, generating inventory reports, assisting with the receiving and put-away processes from an inventory control perspective, managing damaged or expired stock, and contributing to process improvements for inventory management.
