Our dynamic warehouse facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing warehouse equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring that all machinery and systems are functioning correctly. This includes routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs of forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery. Attention to detail is crucial for diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workshop area, ensuring all tools and parts are properly stored and accounted for. Safety is paramount in our environment, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE . This position involves moderate physical activity, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
