Join our efficient logistics team as a Shipping Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, verifying shipment details against orders, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring packages are properly labeled and staged for pickup. You will operate shipping software and assist with loading and unloading trucks. This position is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous approach to documentation. Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics software is a significant advantage. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
