Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Implement and enforce **safety** protocols, including proper **PPE** usage and equipment operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control measures for the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with all **logistics** regulations and company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS software.
  • Knowledge of **safety** regulations and best practices, including **PPE**.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs occasionally.
