We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. This includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking orders, and preparing shipments. Attention to detail is paramount to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent errors. You will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and possesses a strong work ethic. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock takes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
