  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement efficient **logistics** processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant warehouse facility.
  • Handle **Lifting** and movement of goods as needed, and supervise others doing the same.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination. Strong knowledge of warehouse **logistics**, inventory control, and **safety** management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional **Lifting**. Certification in forklift operation or experience with MHE is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to **safety** and **PPE** compliance. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
