Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Jacksonville, Florida, and play a key role in our fulfillment process. This position is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for both locating items in our warehouse and preparing them for shipment. We need energetic individuals who are detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and **safety** in a fast-paced **logistics** environment, utilizing all required **PPE**.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets or electronic devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, selecting correct packaging materials.
- Inspect products for damage before packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to perform moderate **Lifting** (up to 35 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and fulfillment processes.
- Understanding and consistent use of **PPE** is mandatory.
- Commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
