We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Portland, Oregon. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. A commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive Lifting throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
