Join our innovative fulfillment center in Austin, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, involving the entire process from receiving products to shipping completed orders. You will be a vital link in our supply chain, contributing to customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. This is a great opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Packing items securely to ensure safe arrival at their destination.
- Processing outgoing shipments and verifying shipping information.
- Managing inventory levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Following all company Safety procedures and policies.
- Wearing and utilizing appropriate PPE throughout the shift.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as directed.
This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse systems and logistics is beneficial.
