We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. You will operate equipment safely and effectively to move materials around the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely order fulfillment. Adherence to all safety protocols and company policies is paramount. - Receiving and unloading incoming materials and products.
- Verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all Safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with shipping and loading of outgoing products.
- Performing general warehouse duties as assigned.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
