Join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders. This role is fundamental to our fulfillment operations and requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, verifying quantities, and preparing them for shipment. This includes using RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensuring that orders are correct. Packing duties involve selecting appropriate packaging materials, carefully assembling orders, and ensuring items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. This position involves a significant amount of walking and standing throughout your shift, as well as occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds. A good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
