We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities critical to the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required for specific tasks and environments.
- Perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely and proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for tasks involving significant Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to upholding high Safety standards.
