Job Summary:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the logistics sector? We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Portland, Oregon facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment. Your dedication and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and updating inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times when required.
  • Engage in physical activities including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical capability to handle Lifting up to 50 lbs and perform other manual tasks.
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
