Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are looking for dedicated individuals to handle the accurate and efficient processing of orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will also assist with receiving new inventory and stocking shelves, ensuring our warehouse remains organized and efficient. This position is key to our company's ability to meet customer demands and maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting and moving products, and committed to upholding our high standards for safety and quality. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and note any discrepancies.
- Stock received merchandise onto shelves and into storage locations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and procedures.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
