We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Tampa, Florida! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to efficiency and accuracy. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow safety procedures. The position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent standing, walking, and moderate to significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Meet performance expectations for speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
