Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and stock rotation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting.
- Familiarity with safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
