Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in San Francisco, California as a Distribution Center Associate. This position is integral to the seamless flow of products within our facility, contributing to efficient logistics and timely order delivery. You will perform a variety of essential duties, ensuring our inventory is managed accurately and our operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Follow strict protocols for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Perform duties that involve regular and substantial lifting.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) repetitively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all PPE requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
