Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow strict protocols for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform duties that involve regular and substantial lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
