We are seeking a skilled and certified Reach Truck Operator to join our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is crucial for the efficient movement and storage of goods within our expansive warehouse. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to move pallets of merchandise to and from high-level racking systems. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, replenishing inventory, and transporting materials throughout the facility. A strong emphasis on Safety is required, including strict adherence to all operational guidelines, traffic rules within the warehouse, and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. You will also participate in other warehouse activities as needed, such as order picking, packing, and assisting with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your work area and the warehouse is essential. This role requires precision, focus, and a commitment to operational excellence. Experience with various types of warehouse equipment and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics are expected. The ability to perform occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs may be necessary when not operating the reach truck.
