We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is central to our daily warehouse operations, supporting a wide range of activities from receiving to shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting with the unloading and receiving of incoming goods, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, and stocking inventory in designated locations. You will also play a key role in order fulfillment, picking and preparing items for shipment, and loading finished goods onto trucks. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided). Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and adherence to all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We seek individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to teamwork. Experience in a warehouse setting or within the logistics industry is advantageous. You will contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work and participation in cycle counts.
