Join our growing team as an Order Picker in Phoenix, Arizona. You will play a vital role in our fulfillment operations by accurately selecting items to fulfill customer orders. This position demands speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. Utilizing warehouse technology like scanners, you will efficiently locate and retrieve products, ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time. This is a hands-on role within a dynamic logistics environment.Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists or digital systems.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and proper PPE usage.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order details accurately.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to handle moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a logistics environment.
