Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in St. Louis, Missouri! We are looking for hardworking individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our state-of-the-art distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your role is essential to ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting customer demands with speed and accuracy. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using scanners and order sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general warehouse cleanup and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and following all established protocols.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
