Join our growing logistics operation as a Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist with a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential to our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are committed to providing a safe work environment and expect all team members to adhere to all Safety guidelines and regulations. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Wear all required PPE, including safety glasses and work boots.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Commitment to Safety and following instructions. Must be comfortable wearing and using required PPE.
