Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding role? Join our logistics team as an Order Picker in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from our warehouse shelves. Your accuracy is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and Safety.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory as required.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Wear all necessary PPE, including safety shoes and vests, at all times.
- Contribute to overall team goals within our fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential. Must be comfortable wearing and using required PPE.
