You will be responsible for picking products from warehouse locations using scanning devices and then carefully packing them for shipment. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You'll collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily targets within our bustling logistics facility. We provide all the necessary PPE and comprehensive training on our safety protocols. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, and regular Lifting of packages. - Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications or scanner prompts.
- Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure secure shipment.
- Efficiently pack orders, ensuring all items are included and items are protected.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, update order status, and maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall Logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to consistently use required PPE .
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics principles is a plus.
