Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. This is a vital position within our distribution center, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily productivity goals. A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential for this role. You will handle a variety of products, requiring careful attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure correct shipments. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred, but not required as we offer comprehensive training. Your daily tasks will include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, accurately picking items for orders using scanners, preparing packages for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety protocols, is paramount. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry and contribute to a thriving e-commerce operation. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize safe working practices.   • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Inspect products for quality before packaging.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
  • Utilize technology and scanners to manage inventory and orders.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or Logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE .
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
