We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and shipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. Your daily tasks will involve using a variety of warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and we expect all team members to adhere to our strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging packages.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus. Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and squatting. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime. Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow instructions carefully is essential for this logistics role.
