Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is crucial for the efficient flow of goods within our facility, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where safety and teamwork are paramount. We are committed to providing a secure and supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas efficiently.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided for specific equipment).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including safety vests and gloves.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics is beneficial.
