• Level 3 (or above) Qualification: In Early Years Education.
• Proven Experience: Working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent Organisational Abilities: Keep learning environments structured yet exciting.
• Deep Understanding of Child Development: Apply your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive.
