Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

As a Team Member Plus , your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll dive into different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And who knows? You might find yourself working in more than one area at a time! If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we prioritize your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference for our guests!

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to thrive in your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through the ins and outs of your responsibilities.

Every day will bring something new, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. You’ll engage with guests and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing their hospitality skills.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or older to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
