• Unqualified: Base salary of £24,604.58, earning up to £32,348.58 with sleep-in shifts.
• Qualified: Base salary of £27,107.08, earning up to £34,851.08 with sleep-in shifts.

Hours: Shift pattern on rotation

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Here, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality. Our staff are trained in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting, equipping you to provide the best support possible to our young people.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support children and young people, understanding the unique challenges they face.
• Work flexible shifts, including 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins, on a 3-week rotation.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of our young people.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with the children in your care.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated team.
• Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
• Hold or be willing to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a full UK driving license and a car for travel.
• Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
• Be eager to learn and grow in your role.
• Undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
• Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus!
