Security Agent Order Service (part-time then evolving to full-time, m/f/d) Are you flexible, do you enjoy teamwork and contacts? Do you wish to take part in large-scale events? Do you want to participate in order service missions? Do you differentiate yourself by your ability to assert yourself and your discretion? If yes, continue your journey as a Security Order Service Agent (part-time then evolving to full-time, m/f/d). What you can do as part of events: - Security management during sporting events, major events or preventive access control missions, including people and belongings - De-escalation in case of conflicts - Crowd control and managing violent individuals (capable of intervening) - Armed services (spray, means of restraint, striking and/or hand weapons) - Creating a sense of security for your peers What you bring: - Successfully completed training or equivalent/superior - Minimum age of 20, Swiss residence permit C, B with authorized employment (for more than 2 years if from EU/EEA)- Very good knowledge of spoken and written French as well as other languages (D/E/I), impeccable background checks (criminal records, financial records, civil capacity, and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings) - Driving license B for car and own vehicle, a significant plus - Strong team spirit and discipline - Excellent contact skills and self-confidence - Excellent physical/mental resistance - For Order Service, minimum height of 1.6 m for women and 1.7 m for men, regular practice of a strength/contact sport (self-defense, rugby), pass the physical entrance test - Ability to intervene and protect defined targets when necessary - Pass the Weapons Carry Permit exams for striking and/or hand weapons within 3 to 6 months What we offer you: - Varied challenges and schedules in the security service with permanent contracts evolving to auxiliary hours - An interesting and unique activity with independent work - The best basic and specific training provided free in the security sector - Uniforms and modern professional equipment - An introduction to the profession in your new field of activity - Opportunities for advancement based on your skills Do you have the right profile?
