As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a *Technical Project Manager* *to lead day-to-day engineering execution and support our clients’ technical needs*. _This role is ideal for a customer-focused, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS delivery models, and a proven ability to motivate engineering teams and drive on-time delivery._
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Drive engineering delivery* by defining milestones, and keeping the team focused on hitting deadlines
* *Be fully responsible* and take ownership of the applicable deadlines.
* *Set and manage customer expectations* by providing accurate timelines, communicating changes early, and ensuring commitments match engineering capacity
* *Oversee product timelines*, milestones, and documentation
* *Run daily execution* and release readiness checks to keep work moving and remove blockers quickly
* *Coordinate cross-functional work* with Product, Security, and Customer Success to ensure timely release
* *Monitor progress and escalate risks early*, especially around data handling, integrations, and compliance-critical features
* *Support release management* by partnering with QA on testing, documentation, and customer-facing release notes
* *Improve team efficiency* by refining workflows, simplifying processes, and helping the engineering team stay organized and predictable as the company scales
*Required Qualifications:*
* *Bachelor’s degree* in Computer Science or related field
* Background in software engineering, information security, or systems architecture is a plus
* Prior hands on coding experience
* *4–5 years of experience *managing multiple SaaS projects and product implementations
* Experience managing engineering-focused projects in a *SaaS based environment*, ideally within a small business or startup
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile practices, and modern engineering workflows
* Proven track record of *driving engineering teams to deliver on time* in a fast-moving environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to set expectations and build trust with customers
* Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, or similar platforms
* Experience with *API-driven platforms*, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), or DevOps workflows
* Familiarity with secure development practices and data-flow mapping.
