We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy, with experience working with pediatric populations and early intervention programs. As a Speech Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, ensuring optimal patient care through evidence-based practices and compassionate engagement.

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions for patients across various age groups, with an emphasis on pediatrics and early intervention.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in accordance with healthcare standards.
* Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills and support ongoing therapy at home.
* Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology to provide the highest quality care.

* Proven experience working in school settings or pediatric environments with children requiring speech therapy services.
* Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing functions.
* Expertise in patient assessment methods and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
* Ability to work effectively within early intervention programs to promote developmental milestones.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
