Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI Expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture CI/CD Management : Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure Management:
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and system environments Automation : Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and resolve production issues Security Integration:
Embed security best practices into CI/CD and infrastructure processes Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Development, QA, and Operations teams for seamless deployments Documentation:
Maintain detailed technical documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
