Position Purpose: Join our dynamic team as an Analytics Manager in Credit Services, where you will provide critical thought leadership to enhance our data management, analytical processes, and strategic initiatives. Your contributions will drive tangible results and generate actionable insights, helping to improve performance across our Financial Services business. This role demands strong analytical and technical prowess, combined with the ability to communicate complex processes effectively to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 10% - Planning and Implementation - Set and execute the department's goals and objectives with clarity and purpose.
40% - Problem Solving - Develop sophisticated and scalable solutions for complex analytical and technical challenges.
10% - Project Management - Oversee projects to ensure timely and fiscally responsible delivery, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
40% - Team Leadership - Lead and nurture a dedicated analytics team, driving projects across various elements of the supply chain.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position typically reports to the Senior Manager. Travel Requirements: Overnight travel is required less than 5% of the time. Physical Requirements: Most of the work is conducted in a comfortable sitting position, with occasional light lifting or moving of items. Working Conditions: The role is situated in a comfortable indoor environment, with infrequent and non-objectionable unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Big Query, SQL, and/or Python. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Tableau. Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). Knowledge of analytical/statistics functions and procedures. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques. Ability to interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in handling complaints, negotiating, and resolving conflicts with both internal and external customers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Education: Completion of high school diploma and/or GED. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 3 years. Preferred Years of Work Experience: 4 years. Minimum Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of prior leadership experience. Preferred Leadership Experience: 2 years or more of leadership experience. Certifications: None required.
