Job Offer: High-Performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding performance targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate $20.00 per hour Commission Competitive, performance-based commission structure

Key Responsibilities The primary focus of this role is high-volume outreach and pipeline generation.
Daily Activities
* Execute a minimum of 120 outbound sales calls per day (cold calls and follow-ups) to prospect and qualify new business leads. * Log all activity, notes, and progress accurately in the CRM system. * Maintain a robust understanding of our product/service offerings and value proposition.
Performance Requirements
* Achieve all assigned Weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , including but not limited to, qualified appointments set, pipeline generated, and call volume. * Work collaboratively with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities. * Continuously refine prospecting strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a personally motivated, high performer with a proven ability to drive results independently.
* Self-Motivation: Must possess an intrinsic drive to succeed, maintain a positive attitude through rejection, and manage a demanding daily schedule without constant supervision. * Performance Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and daily metrics in previous roles (or similar high-demand environments). * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. * Resilience: Ability to handle high-volume activity and overcome obstacles to achieve daily goals.
Prior Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales/SDR role preferred, Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
