Compensation: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM Position Responsibilities
The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings Maintaining and updating customer profiles in NetSuites Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
