This involves using RF scanners to locate items in the warehouse, carefully picking them, and then packing them securely and efficiently. Accuracy and speed are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our operational efficiency. You will be expected to meet picking and packing quotas while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. We require all team members to be vigilant about safety procedures and to wear the necessary PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for prolonged periods. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during the picking and packing process.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lifting techniques and assist colleagues when necessary.
