Join our Boston, Massachusetts team as a Material Handler and play a key role in our logistics and operations. This position is crucial for managing the flow of materials within our facility, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and moved efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for operating various types of material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to strict Safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, a strong understanding of Safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a team. We require all employees to use appropriate PPE and follow all established Safety guidelines. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and maneuvering of materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company Safety policies and wear designated PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Perform tasks requiring substantial Lifting and physical exertion.
