Lead our distribution efforts as a Warehouse Supervisor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics. You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, coordinating daily activities, and upholding stringent Safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. Your role will involve setting performance expectations, providing guidance and training, and ensuring compliance with all company policies. We are committed to a safe workplace, and adherence to Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, is non-negotiable. This position requires oversight of tasks that often involve considerable Lifting and the operation of heavy machinery. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety protocols and use of PPE.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Foster a culture of Safety and teamwork.
- Supervise activities involving significant Lifting and material handling.
