We are looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items according to customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to our operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. This position requires physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key contributor to our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment. We value individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or RF scanner data.
- Verifying picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Labeling packages correctly with shipping information.
- Transporting packed orders to the designated shipping area.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with Safety guidelines.
- Proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE ) at all times.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- This role involves significant Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Understanding warehouse layout and product locations for efficient picking.
- Contributing to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
