We have an exciting opportunity for a Receiving Clerk in Omaha, Nebraska. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in our supply chain and logistics operations by managing the accurate intake of all incoming products. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents against order details, inspecting for damages, and meticulously entering received goods into our inventory system. Precision and a dedication to Safety are paramount in this role. You must be comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, and diligently use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in a warehouse receiving or inventory role is preferred, along with familiarity with WMS. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify all incoming shipments.
- Compare received items with purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect merchandise for defects or damage and report findings.
- Accurately input received data into the inventory management system.
- Organize and stage received products for internal distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly receiving dock.
- Follow all warehouse Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries.
